Who We Are
Process Evolution Group (PEG) provides process development, re-engineering, training
and consulting services to organizations and entities that are seeking certifications or
assessments against major quality standards and models, or that can otherwise benefit
from refining processes, streamlining operations, and otherwise improving their capability
to win and efficiently execute business.
We are a small, CCR registered, woman-owned enterprise (CAGE #4GCZ0) capable of
providing support to public and private process improvement initiatives of all types.
Mission / Vision
PEG is committed to assisting our clients in the development and ongoing improvement of
their process framework and individual processes, whether their goal is to achieve an
official credential from a quality standards organization, or simply to make better use of their
resources and save money via increased efficiency.
Method
Without tying our clients to a costly and lengthy "all or nothing" commitment, PEG offers just
in time services that are appropriate to our clients' goals, training needs, and current
process maturity status.
