Organizational Process Framework Development / Re-engineering
PEG will work with the client on site to analyze and build upon existing processes to arrive
at a cohesive process architecture, building in the elements required to achieve successful
certifications or assessments against industry appropriate quality or process improvement
standards.
PEG will produce editable process architecture documentation, including visual
representations of the framework. Additionally, related form templates and training
materials may be provided for the organization.

Process Development / Re-engineering Workshops
PEG will work with appropriate members of the client team to assess the existing process
against the organization’s goals, and then map out an enhanced, revised, or completely
new process to better serve the organization. PEG will produce an editable process
description document, including a flowchart or other visual representation. Additionally,
related form templates and training materials may be provided for the organization.

CMI / ISO Standard-specific Gap Analysis Workshops / plan to close gaps
PEG will work with the client on site to analyze the existing process against the desired
quality standard or model (CMMI, ISO 9000 series), then map out the plan to enhance,
revise, or completely re-engineer the organization’s process to be compliant with the
chosen model or standard. PEG will then work with the appropriate organizational
personnel to document the compliant process description, including a flowchart or other
visual representation, and to map out the complete plan to enact the revised process in the
organization.

Process Suite Definition, Including Visual Aids
PEG will work with the client to identify and define a complete suite of organizational
processes, either to satisfy a desired quality standard or model (CMMI, ISO 9000 series) or
to achieve other defined success criteria. PEG can aid client in the definition of success
criteria, as well as the “handshake” across processes, activities covered, and entrance
and exit criteria. PEG will provide editable documentation of the defined suite, including a
visual representation of how all processes are integrated into the cohesive and complete
process suite.

Process Improvement Project Plan Development
PEG will work with the client to identify the necessary work packages for the organization’s
process improvement project, and to develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and
complete project plan for the organization to successfully execute the project, either to
result in the satisfaction of a desired quality standard or model (CMMI, ISO 9000 series) or
to achieve other defined success criteria. PEG will provide an editable documented project
plan and schedule.

Process-Specific Template Development and Training
PEG will work with the client to define and develop all necessary templates to be used in
the execution of a repeatable process for the organization, and will provide training on the
use of the template(s) to ensure that the outputs satisfy the needs of the process.
