We’ve been implementing process improvements in companies large and small for 12
years, including full CMMI and ISO 9001 process suites. We’ve been collecting valuable
lessons learned along the way, enabling us to share with your organization how to avoid the
pitfalls we’ve personally experienced.

today, realizing that they will be further improved tomorrow. This allows us to help our
clients succeed as quickly as possible while laying the foundation for ongoing improvement.
Flexibility
Unlike giant firms that install a fleet of expensive consultants to provide full service on site,
PEG won't ask our clients for a costly all or nothing commitment. We tackle only those
improvements that our clients are ready to make, and we work with our customers to
develop solutions that can be sustained after we're gone.
Ownership
Our goal is to improve our clients’ ability to implement their own process improvements.
